Floor Registers with Rivets

Floor registers have such a long history of rattling and of dampers either stuck open or stuck shut that we’ve all come to just accept it as fact.

TRUAIRE’s 150M series floor register does not rattle or get stuck.  The damper operation is smooth and solid … and quiet.  It is built the way it should be built, and it’s the only one of its kind in the industry.

By taking the extra time and extra expense to build them using zinc-coated rivets instead of the fifty-year old method of an expanded “tang” lying loosely through a small hole in the side-frame, we can achieve the quiet and smooth damper operation found in all our registers.
